Pilates

Yestersday, I planned to go for a Yoga class as I haven't done that for a long time and it's good to do some weight training after a few weeks of aerobic exercises. When I got to the gym, I realized that I was looking at the old schedule and the Yoga class was substituted by a Pilates class. I've never been to one but, hey, why not? So, I signed up.
I used to think that Pilates is something really similar to Yoga as they always took place at the same room and there are music, yoga mat, people dress in the same way.... but my perception changed once the class started.
We kept doing that crunching for 45 mins. That made me felt like I was in a boot camp. My toe even cramped. x_x"
The funniest part was, the instructor probably saw me and he said, ' See, Pilates always promotes cramping."
So, I decided to join this class regularly until I can survive it.
