Dead Fish

As summer is coming, it is fishing time again~ Despite the high gas price these days, we still go fishing every 2 weeks. However, my attitude towards fishing is pretty different now. In the past, I liked to keep all fish which I think it is at edible size. Killing fish is time consuming. Now, I release whole bunch of fish just because they are not that big as those I can steam one for dish after we saw a friend spending a few hours to kill 40ish fish for only 1 dish.
Yesterday, we tried a new spot for fishing. The weather is nice and in 2 hours time we both caught and release a small fish. The most funny thing is, he also caught a big fish from the water, a dead one though...

Update

Um....... Sometimes it is just too hard to keep a diary writing habit for me. This is why I never update my blog. Now, I am trying to write something new here just for my special friend who started her new blog as some sort of encouragement. Ha.. I am good, ain't I?
While I am thinking about what I should post here, I realized that I made a lot of nice dishes and may be I can share with you. Cooking is fun and it is one of the things I can do beside boring research and that simple life style here. Unfortunately, all the pictures I took are in the desktop at home while I am now at my office, waiting for the equipment to warm up. So, if you come here later, I will show you my works~ I am sure that you will be surprised.
