Laptop...
Today the IT guy in my company came to me and asked if I am interested to replace my desktop with a new laptop. It sounded like a really good deal at the first place though I will have to give up my 21" LCD monitor, the greatest component of my desktop.
But then, when I asked him what will be better if I choose the laptop, he hesitated and said something I couldn't really hear. Lastly, he said I can take it with me if I need to work at the lower level. Sure, that's a laptop.
His response made this deal very suspicious. Indeed, if he just said something about the configurations of the laptop, I probably won't know what he was talking about. Later in the day, I was then told that IT people used to trade others' desktops with some really crappy laptops. When I was so worry that my computer will be downgraded, I was later, fortunately, informed by my department manager that it's up to me to decide if I want to keep the old one. :) (That guy came to me when the manager was gone, made me felt like it is a compulsory trade.)
When someone who are not usually helpful wants to give you a deal, don't be too excited and think twice about it. Something may be just too good to be true.

Pilates
Yestersday, I planned to go for a Yoga class as I haven't done that for a long time and it's good to do some weight training after a few weeks of aerobic exercises. When I got to the gym, I realized that I was looking at the old schedule and the Yoga class was substituted by a Pilates class. I've never been to one but, hey, why not? So, I signed up.
I used to think that Pilates is something really similar to Yoga as they always took place at the same room and there are music, yoga mat, people dress in the same way.... but my perception changed once the class started.
We kept doing that crunching for 45 mins. That made me felt like I was in a boot camp. My toe even cramped. x_x"
The funniest part was, the instructor probably saw me and he said, ' See, Pilates always promotes cramping."
So, I decided to join this class regularly until I can survive it.

Moving
Moving day. The office looks really similar to the old one but indeed different. I still take the same spot but the people around me have changed their seats. It's like what we did in school every new semester. That's something we did long long time ago.
Um..... and I found out, everything tastes great if I don't taste them. Say, I always wanna buy some packed fruit sold near my working place as it is really convenient but I never did somehow. Today, I realized how tasteless can fruits be when they got chopped up or when they were selected to be chopped up no matter how colorful they are. Well, I made right choice about not ever buying packed fruit, I guess.

Packing
Tomorrow we are going to move our office upstair to 12th floor. It really felt like we were let go when everyone was packing... and we even had to leave the key of our desks before got off. How brilliant when people think it's okay to pack anything inside the box with no protection and let people from the moving company move it for you.
Interestingly, so many times we moved before (a dozen, may be?), and this was indeed the first time I used a brand new box for packing... and also the first time I don't have to do it myself... just need to wait...
There was really nothing to do after packing, so, I headed to the gym really early today but was told that the Tollywood class was full.......oops..

When a bird gets pregnant
The first egg was born in January. What they did was put it aside in the cage. After probably 20 eggs being abandoned, she is now sticking one of the eggs under her stomach. Will it be the lucky one?

Sleepless night
Probably the worst night ever...
>200 holes + a cup of milk tea
= fingers, arms, back, legs (basically the whole body) so sore, heart beat that I can hear , so hungry, so thirsty, so tired, so headache
